This prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is organised by PlanetArt Ltd (incorporated in England and Wales with company number 07961403), whose registered office is at 14–16 Princess Way, Swansea, West Glamorgan, SA1 3LW (“we”, “us”, “our” or the “Promoter”).

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communication relating to the Prize Draw.
The Prize Draw is free to enter. No purchase is necessary, and no purchase will improve your chance of winning.
The Prize Draw opens at 00:00 (midnight) on 1 October 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 on 31 October 2026 (the “Promotional Period”), which is equivalent to ending at 00:00 (midnight) on 1 November 2026. All times are UK time, and the Promoter’s database clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
To enter, download (if you have not already done so) and launch FreePrints, then complete the in-app Prize Draw entry form during the Promotional Period. Additional entries may be available by launching other Eligible Apps while logged into a FreePrints account, as described below. The Eligible Apps are:
The Eligible Apps are free to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Primary entry: complete the in-app Prize Draw entry form in FreePrints during the Promotional Period (no purchase necessary). You will receive one primary entry when your form entry is properly recorded. You do not need to create a FreePrints account to receive a primary entry. Additional entries: if you have a FreePrints account and are logged in, you may receive one additional entry for each other Eligible App you launch during the Promotional Period, up to a maximum of five entries in total (one entry per Eligible App, regardless of how many times you launch it). Launching an Eligible App while not logged in does not by itself register an additional entry.
Only entries properly recorded in our database during the Promotional Period will qualify. We will not accept responsibility for entries that are not received, or that are incomplete, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted, regardless of cause, including any equipment failure, technical malfunction, or systems, network, server, hardware or software failure of any kind. Launching an Eligible App is not proof that an entry has been received.

By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof of your identity, age and address before awarding the Prize, and may withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these terms and conditions.
If you are ineligible, your entry cannot be transferred to anyone else. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry, or to refuse to award the Prize, where an entrant acts contrary to the spirit of the Prize Draw, or where we reasonably believe that an entrant has used any means to circumvent these terms and conditions, including the use of multiple identities or accounts.
The Prize is a holiday experience to Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain, for one Winner party of two adults and two children under 16, with an approximate value of £5,000 (the “Prize”). This Prize Draw is not a cash prize draw. The Prize is a holiday experience only; it is not a cash prize, and no cash prize is offered. The Prize is arranged through Element London (or such other nominated provider as we may appoint) and includes: (a) return flights from London, UK to Tenerife; (b) return airport transfers in Tenerife; (c) five nights’ accommodation in a 4-star hotel on a quadruple-occupancy basis; (d) daily breakfast; (e) a private boat charter of approximately three hours (including captain and crew, fuel, drinks, tapas, snorkelling and safety gear); (f) a Charm Bar e-gift card of €80 per person; and (g) winner management support from Element London. Deck imagery and creative used in promotion are illustrative only and are not part of the Prize.
The Prize is subject to availability, blackout dates, and the booking terms of Element London (or our nominated provider). Travel must be booked through Element London (or our nominated provider) and taken within 12 months of the date on which the Prize is awarded, subject to any unavailable dates notified to the Winner. Departure is from London, UK, unless otherwise agreed by the provider. The Prize does not include, and the following are the responsibility of the Winner and of any travelling companion:
The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is offered, and the Winner is not entitled to the cash equivalent of the Prize. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize, or any element of it, with a prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. Any cost of the holiday exceeding £5,000 is the responsibility of the Winner.
One winner (the “Winner”) will be selected at random, by computer process, from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
The draw will be carried out, and the Winner announced, within two weeks after the close of the Promotional Period.
We will notify the Winner using the contact details associated with the winning entry within 7 days of the draw. To claim the Prize, the Winner must respond and provide the information we request within 14 days of being notified.
If the Winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or does not claim the Prize within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, the Winner will forfeit the Prize, and we may select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries in the same way.
We are required to publish, or to make available, information indicating that a valid award took place, or that we attempted to make the award subject to the process set forth herein. We will make the first name and county of the Winner available to anyone who writes to us at supportUK@freeprintsapp.com within 60 days after the closing date. If you object to your details being made available in this way, please tell us when you claim the Prize; we may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
We may invite the Winner to take part in post-event publicity and, with the Winner’s consent, to use the Winner’s name, photograph and county in our marketing materials and on our websites and social media channels. Participation in publicity is not a condition of winning the Prize.
Insofar as is permitted by law, neither we nor our agents or suppliers will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, arising from entry into the Prize Draw or from acceptance or use of the Prize, except where it is caused by our negligence or that of our employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In no event will our total liability to you exceed the value of the Prize.
We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.freeprintsapp.co.uk/privacy). Personal data provided with your entry will be used to administer the Prize Draw.
Our decision on any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
We reserve the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw, and to update these terms and conditions, where it becomes necessary to do so. Any updated version will take effect as soon as it is published.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any dispute arising in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
